PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Up selling existing accounts and find new business opportunities over the phone * Grow revenue base, and have the ability to identify and close new accounts through business development and miscellaneous forms of lead generation * Work in a fast-paced, team – oriented environment to achieve business goals * Accomplish targeted performance objectives and monthly quotas
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * Strong telesales background is preferred * Seeking top tier performers who constantly have exceeded quota. Ideal candidate will not only lead in terms of sales numbers but will help shape their designated sales territory based on feedback provided * Must have demonstrated success in cold calling for new business and account management * Responsible for closing new business using a consultative sales approach *Must have professional communication and negotiation skills * Exhibit high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude *Must be a team player able to work closely with operations and management *Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications *BA desired
COMPENSATION: Full time employee status with base salary, monthly commission, monthly bonus opportunity, and health benefits.
